The Malt Whisky Map of Scotland - folded and presented in a cardboard tube (4th edition map, published July 2024)

ISBN 978 1 84934 202 3  £11.99

Prepared by publisher and whisky writer Neil Wilson and James McEwan. James is a former master distiller of Bruichladdich, and helped to develop Ardnahoe whisky on Islay. This map is fully updated for 2024 and features every distillery in production along
with those that have closed since 1960. This edition of the map is rolled and folded in the tube. The map size is 974 x 674mm. Tube length: 360 mm

There have been whisky maps before, but this new map is the best available. With over 140 active distilleries in Scotland, Scotland is the world's largest producer of whisky. This map is in full colour, and with a wealth of distillery information on the reverse, the map gives a full view of the whisky-producing regions of Scotland.
The regional boundaries of these have been redrawn in an attempt to simplify this aspect of the industry. James McEwan’s unique (and funny) notes are incorporated on the reverse, along with a distillery directory, website addresses, cooperage notes, cask information, Landranger OS map references and some interesting distillery terms. The map shows distilleries that have visitor facilities, with their details on the rear of the map. So if your interest is purely academic, or that of an enthusiast and whisky lover, this new map is ideal. We invite you to come to Scotland and put our map to the test!

The tube is cardboard and makes it portable as a gift or take home from Scotland, Great for study walls.
