learned the hard way and are still keeping the weight off, every page has a tip to
make slimming easier. We have now expanded this book with an extra 32 pages. We first published in 2012 under license to another publisher, and have watched what people said about it. There was not enough room to write down daily food plans, so we have added 32 pages to help you track your diet over the 30 weeks that the book covers. And the book comes with a detachable cover, under which is a floral outer, so you can conceal what you are writing in, on the bus or tube.
Write in it, read it, draw, doodle, be inspired and laugh. With cartoons and with space to be kind to yourself, this book is the most fun you ever had keeping a weight loss log!
