Summer in Scotland is not rain every day. We have sunny weather, it's time to welcome the strawberry season.
Traditionally, strawberry fruit farms have always been strong in Perthshire and Angus, where farmers specialise in growing soft fruit on south-facing slopes. Here the strawberries are particularly sweet with a gorgeous fresh smell. We are delighted to share this recipe for Strawberry tartlets to make the most of the end of July.
